Folks, some people are abusing RNG oracle to get free CPU/NET resources to execute transactions unrelated to RNG function. Anyone who wants to legitimately use the RNG system will have to switch over to the new integration pattern registering bandwitdh payer. Full documentation is here:

We will no longer supporting RNG oracle usage without payer registration. This change will be made in 30 days giving enough time for dApps to switch over^^^
