We are excited to share some updates regarding the NeoNomad App and ZARC stablecoin:
NeoNomad App Launch:
o Closed beta starts from the 8th of January 2024
o 8-12th of January 2024: Closed beta test
o 15-31st of January 2024: We'll personally invite our community members to test the NeoNomad app during this period. Keep an eye out for your exclusive invite to the closed beta!
o As a token of our gratitude, we'll be rewarding those with the highest transaction volumes and the most interaction on the NeoNomad app with NFTs at the end of March 2024.
o Stay tuned for an update about the start date of our open beta testing.
ZARC Stablecoin Availability:
o Initially, ZARC stablecoin will be exclusively available for South Africans. We are actively working on expanding accessibility, with plans to make ZARCoin available to the global community soon.
o South African users can seamlessly deposit and withdraw ZAR to ZARC.

In the interest of continuing a transparent trusted environment amongst the NeoNomad team and our community, we felt it pertinent to address the situation that occurred yesterday within the NeoNomad ecosystem.
Yesterday afternoon, NeoNomad entered into an OTC deal with whom we believed to have been the authentic network known as the Kyber Network.
However, this was not the authentic Kyber Network but an impersonator. This false party proceeded to mislead us, along with the escrow service utilised to execute the OTC offer. We wish to make it very clear that we know the attack was conducted by impersonators and not by Kyber Network, and we retract the comment previously made of the official Kyber Network.
Unfortunately, as we all know, there are a lot of malicious individuals and groups who will go to extreme lengths to attempt to harm/scam anyone or any business within this space.
However, we want to assure you that the NeoNomad team are undergoing an advanced investigation into the incident and doing everything in our power to stabilize the situation. We ask our community to assist our team at ensuring the stability of our ecosystem at the moment, to hold continued value. Together we are stronger for it! Letβs not let the imposters win! We are champions working to ensure a strong future for us all.
Our developers have already secured both our token and our ecosystem, as well as updated all security protocols to ensure our community and NeoNomad ecosystem are protected and secure.
