Dear FOMO community.
The Fomo Chronicles team would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your support and patience and would like to address the situation of the project.
Behind the scenes the team has been busy trying to find ways to rekindle and reinvigorate the project since the bear market took over.
Despite having an amazing start and forging multiple partnerships with projects that had many thousands of community members,
the FOMO Chronicles mangas that were produced for them only sold in very minimal numbers.
The whole ecosystem of FOMO Chronicles was based on sales of Manga NFT's and when the sales failed to eventuate, the ecosystem suffered greatly.
The FOMO team have been actively exploring opportunities with the hope of IRL integration and outside investment.
Unfortunately due to the brutal bear market and seemingly constant bad press that has been hitting the crypto world recently. This path has proven to be unproductive.
Designing and creating the FOMO Beatz game has been a huge challenge. The costs and logistics involved in producing the game have been exhaustive and endless.
The game has been offered to many third parties to continue with the development, but this has been another fruitless path to date.
Unfortunately due to the aforementioned reasons, FOMO Chronicles now sadly has no choice but to close it's doors from this day forward.
The team didn't want to fade away like many other projects have, without ever voicing the reasons behind the termination, hence this announcement.
We are sad that it didnβt inspire more widespread interest, which meant that it couldnβt deliver as planned, and that all the commitment, time and effort made by all, couldn't make this work.
It is with that the team wish a fond farewell to everyone and we can only apologise that things didn't work out as we all dreamed they would.
Any startup can suffer in this way and unless you try you can never know.
We understand that people will be upset and frustrated, but the crypto market is a high risk high reward investment and no one individual or circumstance should be blamed.
Please understand the team really gave it their all, but unfortunately this is the way things can go in this market.
Thank you for all your support and we wish things had turned out differently.

Due to the market condition, we have fully refunded anyone who has purchased the manga.
Despite refunding, we decided to still give out the rewards to our existing 4 holders for owning the NFT.

What happened to the remaining NFT?
The remaining NFT will be split between Ureeqa and FOMO Chronicles and we will airdrop these manga to our respective top 60 token holders.
