Dot Finance Community Update:
Current FTX events did not affect dot Finance, and we hope our community members were lucky enough to steer away from danger.
Although as trying as we can run from this storm, We are all under the same crypto sky, and when it rains, we all get wet.
We do not doubt that the crypto market will prevail and reach new heights; however, none can thoroughly asses the implications and full effect of the recent Almeda/FTX catastrophe.
For that reason, and to protect the future of our project, we had to cut down fees for both LP and staking.
Though it seems dramatic, new fees will stand at around 10%-15% APY and not 30%-40% as they were for the past 1.5 years.
Our project can only hold the minting and selling pressure for a little while, especially when no end is near in sight.
Adding on this note:
The past few days reminded us of the importance of decentralized financial systems; built on protocols, communicating via smart contracts, and managed by governance.
Dot Finance was created to provide friendly, easy-to-use, robust trustless Defi alternative tools for these same principles.
We thank our supportive community for sticking around in these challenging times and exited for what is to come next.

The bad news: it will take a little longer.

Proposals can be anything FOR THE GOOD OF THE PROJECT.

Team are still on the same track, and we do have something big coming, in fact everything is ready and was due to publish on the 1.3.
We are having a delay from Bussiness reasons, just to be on the safe side of things.
Next week we will publish as planned.
We have a lot invested in this process. And are looking forward to share with you all.

Following our MoonRiver $Movr live deployment, we will terminate all staking Rewards on BSC $PINK staking and BNB-PINK LP to encourage users to use the Movr network.
We have also increased rewards on our MOVR side for both staking and PINK-MOVR LP.

About 24 hours ago, we finalized our: "Kusama Network /MoonRiver Deployment" governance voting.
voting ended with:
3.41 million tokens in favor which is 99.95% of the total votes counted.
Therefore community has spoken, and we will deploy as promised.
Since then, Our team took a last-minute decision to work with "anyswap" using a router + liquidity pool and not by Giving MPC network as sole mint/burn as most projects do.
This means we will not give anyswap the option to mint tokens for the bridge, and instead, we will provide our tokens to be used.
From a security standpoint, this means that if for any reason "anyswap" gets compromised, hackers cannot mint and steal our tokens while dumping them on the market.
We must highlight that we have no reason the belief "anyswap" might encounter a hack or exploit; however, we want to give our community the complete security protection we can offer.
Because of this decision, we are now waiting for "anyswap" to list our router and integrate it with our pool.
This will take a few extra days, and we are pushing to finish it as soon as possible; once this is done, we will need 1-2 days of testing and finalizing our moonriver deployment.
Adding to this security measure delay, the fact that, as for these past days, the crypto market has been downhill, we believe this extra security measure will be for the best.
Therefore Deployment Will Be Delayed By 7-10 Days. All marketing/pr teams supporting this deployment have been notified and will be ready to go when ready.
We want to take this opportunity and thank whoever voted for our moonriver deployment; we are first of the category, and being a pioneer takes time, as we must take every security measure possible.
