With this new model if you are lucky and win the lottery you get guaranteed allocation. The difference? The old "unlucky" now has become an FCFS (First Come, First Serve) round, one last chance for you the get in the sale.

So if you see that you are in FCFS, look at it as an extra chance to participate. No more unlucky, just a FCFS round. By the way, everyone has the same chance of participating in the FCFS round and getting an allocation, no matter how much $POLS you hold.
