We understand the current sentiment in the crypto markets. Right now is a good time to make conclusions. We are confident that projects with fair tokenomics will be fully appreciated. That is why we will soon release a new, redesigned whitepaper in which we will describe the project’s future.

In the meantime, with the future of crypto investing being blurry, we are supporting our investors and launching a bonus system for them.

Users who make a purchase of GGR tokens will have access to the following bonuses:

  • Reduced requirements for tiers with guaranteed allocation
  • Accrual of interest on purchased GGR tokens (staking)

The early investor incentive system will become effective as of publication and will apply to all projects from May 13, 2022, other than the FOTA project, until the GAGARIN project fully meets its early investor token minting obligations.

Tiers

The system of user tiers is described in the GAGARIN whitepaper. There are a total of 4 user tiers:

  1. Earth
  2. Orbit
  3. Galaxy
  4. Universe

The basic principle is simple: the higher the tier, the more allocation and rewards an investor gets, but to get to each subsequent tier, the investor needs to lock up more and more GGR tokens.

Tiers are needed to distribute allocations fairly among investors. In order to access an IDO, an investor must reach a particular tier. To get a tier, an investor must have enough Allocation Power (AP), a value at this stage equal to the number of locked GGR tokens.

In order to make sense of the private GAGARIN round, we are introducing a system of tiers right now. In other words, the investor who purchased GGR during the GAGARIN private round receives a tier with all the available bonuses immediately. His Allocation Power equals the number of tokens purchased.

In addition, we are lowering the tier requirements for users!

From now on, the system of tiers will look like this:

  1. Earth. Up to 2 000 GGR. Allocation through lottery. Mandatory social tasks.
  2. Orbit. From 2 000 to 4 999 GGR. Guaranteed allocation. Mandatory social tasks.
  3. Galaxy. From 5 000 to 19 999 GGR. Guaranteed allocation. Mandatory social tasks.
  4. Universe. Over 20 000 GGR. Guaranteed allocation. Without social tasks.

These tiers are relevant before our TGE. After the TGE, the tiers will change (most likely only in terms of the necessary number of GGR).

Example: There is an XXX project, the total revenue of which is, let’s say, $30 000 and the distribution between the tiers is:

  1. Earth 7% ($2 100)
  2. Orbit 18% ($5 400)
  3. Galaxy 30% ($9 000)
  4. Universe 45% ($13 500)

Percentages are approximate; they may vary from project to project, depending on the allocation and the number of investors in a given tier.

Let us look at 4 cases for investors in different tiers:

  • An investor has not purchased a GGR and is in the Earth tier:
  1. The investor applies for an IDO
  2. When the whitelisting is over, we have, for example, 500 applications from the Earth tier
  3. We have determined that there will be 105 prizes with a $20 allocation within the tier
  4. The investor will receive a $20 allocation at a 21% chance
  • An investor has purchased between 2,000 and 4,999 GGR and is part of the Orbit tier:
  1. The investor applies for an IDO
  2. When the whitelisting is over, we have, for example, 200 applications from the Orbit tier
  3. $5 400 is allocated for the tier
  4. $5 400 / 200 — the investor will receive $27 allocation
  • An investor has purchased 5,000 to 20,000 GGR and is in the Galaxy tier:
  1. The investor applies for an IDO
  2. When the whitelisting is over, we have, for example, 70 applications from the Galaxy tier
  3. $9 000 is allocated for the tier
  4. $9 000 / 70 — the investor will receive $129 allocation
  • An investor has purchased 20 000 GGR or more and is in the Universe tier:
  1. The investor applies for an IDO
  2. When the whitelisting is over, we have, for example, 30 applications from the Universe tier
  3. $13 500 is allocated for the tier
  4. $13 500 / 30 — the investor will receive $450 allocation

It is important to note that this tier gives a guaranteed dynamic allocation and the calculation of the sum is a bit different. Speaking conditionally, if an investor has 20,000 GGR, he/she will receive $900.

The tokens bought out in the private round are counted as the pertaining to the tier until they are fully transferred to the investor. That is, after the TGE, and after 10% of the tokens are distributed to investors, only the remaining 90% that we have to distribute will be included in the tier.

Staking

Another benefit of participating in the GAGARIN private round will be the staking of GGR tokens with an APR of 15%.

In other words, by buying GGR tokens in the private round, the investor not only gets a tier, but also increases the number of their tokens before their distribution. Moreover, the bonus comes into effect the moment the investor invests in GAGARIN. The earlier the investment is conducted, the more income the investor will receive when the time of token distribution comes.

Additionally, bonuses involve daily auto-compounding (reinvestment). Simply speaking, every day the issued tokens are added to the total amount for an even larger bonus.

All tokens (bought and received as bonuses) will be taken into account in the tier distribution.

Bonus tokens will also be counted when unlocking after the TGE. If an investor has invested 10,000 GGR and accumulated another 1,000 GGR in bonuses, their 10% on TGE will amount to 1,100 GGR. The balance will be distributed according to the unlock schedule, moreover, it will still be counted in tiers and APR will be accrued on it.

Stay tuned and we will help you survive the bear market.
