Guide: How to update your Ethereum/ERC-20/BEP-20/EVM address on Fractal
We are getting many questions about how to update EVM address on Fractal. Hence, we thought to give you a step-by-step guide to update EVM/Metamask wallet addresses. Here is a quick article about how to update your EVM/Metamask address on Fractal.
TL, DR:
- Go to Fractal website using this link: https://tinyurl.com/2s7d3b2f
- Go to wallets (under MyData tab) » Add a new Wallet » Choose “Ethereum/ERC-20/BEP-20”
- Paste your ETH/BSC address (e.g. metamask wallet) in the text box and select “Share with SolRazr”.
- Click on “Update”
First things first. What is an EVM address?
An EVM wallet is simply a wallet that can store custom EVM blockchains on it. EVM wallets like Metamask use the same crypto address on multiple chains. So, once you fill in your EVM/metmask wallet address on Fractal and share it with SolRazr, you are all good to join a sale for projects having their token on chains like Ethereum, BSC, Avalanche, Polygon etc.
Now, below is step-by-step guide with screenshots:
Step 1: Go to Fractal website using this link: https://tinyurl.com/2s7d3b2f
Sign in your Fractal account using your email address or phone number.
Step 2: Go to My Data tab
Step 3: Go to “wallet” Section under “My data” tab
Steps 4: Select “Add a new wallet”
Step 5: Choose “Ethereum/ERC-20/BEP-20” and paste your EVM address in the text field.
(EVM wallets like Metamask use the same crypto address on multiple chains. So, once you fill in your EVM/metmask wallet address on Fractal and share it with SolRazr, you are all good to join a sale for projects having their token on chains like Ethereum, BSC, Avalanche, Polygon etc.)
Select “Ethereum/ERC-20/BEP-20” in the drop-down menu and paste your EVM/Metamask address in the text field. Ensure that you have checked “Share with SolRazr”.
Next, click “Update” button.
Step 6: That’s all! You are now ready to seamlessly join all sales on SolRazr.
