⁉️Which share groups will participate?
🔹First Group – Shares purchased from 01.11.2019 to 31.12.2023 at 23:59 (UTC).
🔹Second Group – Shares purchased from 01.01.2024 to 31.04.2024 at 23:59 (UTC).
🔹Third Group – Shares purchased from 01.05.2024 to 30.06.2024 at 23:59 (UTC).
⁉️What is the difference from the June 1 snapshot?
The period for counting share payments is shorter. Participation in the second and third snapshots will allow all three groups of participants to receive the maximum number of shares during the recalculation. By making any payment, you automatically become a participant; just ensure you have no active overdue payments.
⁉️How to effectively use the second and third snapshots in June?
Making a payment in each of the remaining snapshots guarantees you the maximum in the July share recalculation.
⁉️What participation strategies for snapshot can you recommend?
🔜Make a one-time purchase of new packages in the first and second halves of June.
🔜Arrange an installment in the first half of the month and make the next payment in the second half of June.
🔜Pay off an existing installment early in the first half of this month and make the next payment by the end of June.
🔜If you have a small installment plan, increase it while keeping the rate in the first half of June and make the next payment by the end of the month.
🔜Fully pay off an installment in the first half of June and arrange a new one by the end of the month.
Various strategies can be used, but the key is to have a payment made by 16.06.2024 and by 01.07.2024.
Important conditions to note:
✔️Each share group has different weights in the snapshot. This approach considers the interests of all company investors. The proportions are indicated in this table.
✔️Proportions can be revised within 15% after the sale closes.
✔️All active installments arranged within the specified periods will participate in the recalculation.
✔️Active overdue payments at the time of the snapshot exclude you from participation.
✔️Any investor can participate in all snapshots if their purchase dates fall within the specified periods.
✔️All purchased shares within the specified periods will be credited, compensating for the difference between the purchase price and the company's valuation after the share sale ends (the crediting mechanism is similar to X11).
✔️The number of shares for recalculation will be determined after the sale ends and published between 10 and 15.07.2024.
✔️The recalculation and crediting of shares will take place from 16 to 20.07.2024.

⁉️В чем отличие от snapshot 1 июня?
Период, в котором будет проходить учет оплат долей, небольшой. Участие во втором и в третьем snapshot позволит всем трем группам участников получить максимальное количество долей при пересчете. Совершив любую оплату, вы автоматически становитесь участником, главное, проверьте, чтобы у вас не было активной просрочки.
⁉️Как правильно использовать второй и третий snapshot июня?
Совершение оплаты в каждый из двух оставшихся snapshot гарантирует вам максимум при пересчете долей в июле.
⁉️Какие стратегии участия в snapshot вы можете рекомендовать?
🔜Сделайте единовременную покупку новых пакетов в первой и второй половине и июня.
🔜Оформите рассрочку в первой половине месяца и внесите следующий платеж во второй половине июня.
🔜Оплатите действующую рассрочку заранее в первой половине этого месяца и внесите следующий платеж до конца июня.
🔜Если у вас оформлена небольшая рассрочка, увеличьте ее с сохранением курса в первой половине июня и внесите следующий платеж до конца месяца.
🔜Оплатите полностью рассрочку в первой половине июня и оформите новую до конца месяца.
Стратегии участия могут быть разные, главное, чтобы у вас был факт оплаты до 16.06.2024 и до 01.07.2024.
Обязательно ознакомьтесь с условиями:
✔️Каждая группа долей имеет разный вес в рамках snapshot. Такой подход позволяет учесть интересы всех инвесторов компании. Пропорции указаны в этой таблице.
✔️Пропорции могут быть пересмотрены в пределах 15% после закрытия продаж.
✔️Все активные рассрочки, оформленные в указанные периоды, будут участвовать в пересчете.
✔️Наличие активной просрочки на момент snapshot исключает из участия в snapshot.
✔️Любой инвестор может принять участие во всех snapshot, если даты его покупок попадают в указанные периоды.
✔️На все выкупленные доли за указанные периоды будет проведено начисление, что компенсирует разницу с ценой покупки и оценкой компании после завершения продажи долей (механика начисления аналогична Х11).
✔️Количество долей для пересчета будет определено по итогу завершения продаж и опубликовано в период с 10 по 15.07. 2024.
✔️Пересчет и начисление долей произойдет с 16 по 20.07.2024.

В четверг 23.05.2024. прошел вебинар с CEO DigiU, на котором он ответил на вопросы о сжигании и пересчете долей и рассказал, как получить максимум от трех главных snapshot июня.
Делимся основными тезисами:
📌На сегодня экосистема DigiU находится на этапе завершения продаж ценных бумаг. У вас остается все меньше и меньше времени до 30.06.2024., когда можно будет оформить последний пакет долей. Потом вы сможете только выплачивать уже оформленную рассрочку.
📢 «На этом пути первый ключевой шаг – формирование итогового списка акционеров и количества долей. Еще в декабре прошлого года мы с гордостью говорили о том, что наша крауд-модель сделала свое дело. On May 10, 2024, a special webinar was held from Bali, where the founders shared the results of the first half of the year and discussed future plans.

In the last 6 months, we have been moving towards the key date of June 30, 2024, which marks the end of DigiU share sales, following the roadmaps announced at the beginning of the year.
🧷As of today, we have 200 billion shares. 10 billion of these are shares allocated for the crowdfunding stage, of which just over 2% have been purchased.
⁉️Where do we want to be by the time sales end in July?
We aim to reduce the total number of shares to 100 billion.
⁉️What does the completion of share sales and their burning provide?
It provides legal stability and protection for shareholders, laying the foundation for further development.
Within this framework, we see several processes:
🔹Burning and recalculating shares
🔹Reorganization
🔹Company valuation
«Completing the sales allows us to determine the final number of shares, which we will see in the form of installment plans and purchased packages. This step enables us to proceed with an official valuation, recalculating shares to increase investor portfolios, and reorganizing the company. In September, we plan to complete all procedures and, after submitting the application for company valuation, announce the choice of jurisdiction that will consider the interests of shareholders», shared the CEO.
