We hope everyone is doing well in the Ape Fund community. We’ve been hard at work behind the scenes on strategizing how we can go about continuing to make this the best social investment community in crypto. We’ve been carefully assessing different directions for us to continue to build this project up and only grow.
With that, we want to run you through a change we’d like to propose, which we think will greatly benefit this project and all of the community members in it.
OUR PROPOSAL: Consolidate our three Sub-Funds under ONE Investment Wallet under ApeFund.
PROBLEMS:
- Having sub-funds is confusing to new joiners.
- We are limited in what we can invest into by the sub-fund categories.
- There is not enough volume across all sub-funds for the investment wallets to be functional.
SOLUTION:
- Remove the sub-funds
- Only have one singular token (APEFUND)
- Sub-Fund Holders will be exchanged pro-rata for $ApeFund token.
NEXT STEPS:
- Poll to vote on this Proposal.
- If in Favor; Have Sub-Fund Holders transfer tokens to a designated wallet that will drain the LP, and use the proceeds to buy ApeFund tokens to Airdrop pro-rata to previous holders.
- Move all Investment Funds and Tokens to ONE Investment Wallet under ApeFund.
