Hey everyone thanks for your comments. We’ll be ramping up communications with stakeholders soon.
Since there’s hasn’t been much SEC clarity we’ve opted for the limited and heavily legally vetted comms approach (quarterly updates) because it’s not clear what could affect TrustTokens based on future SEC guidelines.
We would prefer to be updating often and consistently entirely publicly. Though it’s the current status of regulatory clarity and it’s understandable because this space is rapidly evolving.
We’ll be open sourcing TrustToken staking code soon and would really appreciate your feedback.
There’s three things we’re tracking and how they could affect TrustTokens.

We’ll be sharing an updated detailed white paper for feedback for only purchasers of TrustToken (as sharing public materials could run afoul of SEC guidelines)
